Digital Divide

Digital divide comes out with the age difference. Young people use a lot of web based tools. Online banking is a real must for paying bills and transferring money. E-voting system is a good tool but older people don´t use it very intensely. The same goes for every online service as they just don´t have the competence to use a computer. And there are no programs to teach them. Well maybe there are, but I or my grandmother have never heard of such. And again, if there are programs but people don´t know nothing about them, then there is no reason for them to exist at the first place. This is something that the goverment should work on. It can cut expenses, give people more freedom and time. I think at the moment internet is free to use in every region of Estonia. The only thing that may vary a bit is the prize, but it is not that relevant, I would say
